Yes! It is now possible to collect your orders at Café Bravo, located at 4577 boul. Saint-Laurent Montréal, by selecting the option at the checkout stage. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is prepared. The opening hours of our café are available here.

To ensure we offer you the most advantageous shipping costs possible, we have standardized everything as follows:
For a package containing small objects* (lighter, pins, etc.), fixed costs are available, depending on the shipping location:
Fixed fee of $4 (Canada)
*It is important to note that small shipments as described above do not have tracking numbers, regardless of destination, and they are unfortunately not guaranteed in the event of a delivery problem by the carrier.
For all other types of packages and international shipments, costs are calculated automatically by the carriers at no additional cost depending on the total weight, the size of the package and the distance to be traveled.
Our policy is that if 30 days have elapsed from the date your order was shipped (date it left Bravo musique's offices), unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. For all the details on our policies, consult the page Return Policies
All purchases are normally dispatched within a maximum of approximately 5 working days, but in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, additional delays may occur.
Canada Post takes care of delivering the package from our door to yours and transit times vary depending on the destination. Check their information page to check the usual lead times.
We are not responsible for the cost of taxes, customs, or additional delays for any purchase sent outside of Canada.
