Return Policies
Although we try to be as accurate as possible, the images displayed on the site may not represent 100% of the styles, colors and prints of the physical models. The majority of our models are unisex, but the mention "for women" is indicated for shorter or fitted styles.
RETURNS
Our return policy is 30 days from the date your order is shipped (the date the order is shipped from the Bravo musique offices. Unfortunately, it will not be possible to refund you or exchange your products if there is elapses more than 30 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as received. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please note that certain types of products cannot be returned, such as gift cards, digital products and perishable products.
To make a return, you must contact us at boutique@bravomusique.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
There are certain situations where only a partial refund may be granted (if applicable):
Any item which is not in its original condition, which is damaged or which has certain parts missing for reasons which are not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after dispatch.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email acknowledging receipt and informing you of our decision on whether to approve or reject your refund request.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days of confirmation of refund approval.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again first.
Next, contact your credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time required before a refund is posted.
If after completing all of these steps, you still have not received your refund, please contact us at boutique@bravomusique.com.
SALE ITEMS (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We replace an item only if it is defective or damaged. If in this case you wish to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at boutique@bravomusique.com to coordinate the exchange.
DISPATCH
You will be responsible for paying the necessary shipping costs to return your item to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable. However, if the item was damaged during the initial delivery or there was an error on our part, Bravo musique will cover the shipping costs by providing you with a return label.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.
If you are shipping an item worth more than $75, you should consider using a trackable delivery service or purchasing delivery insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you return to us.
