Our return policy is 30 days from the date your order is shipped (the date the order is shipped from Bravo musique's offices). Unfortunately, it will not be possible to refund or exchange your products if more than 30 days have passed.

Pre-ordering allows us to manufacture enough products for anyone who wants to be sure to receive their favorite product! That being said, we unfortunately cannot guarantee delivery and manufacturing times, due to significant worldLarge production delays.

In the case of a multiple order, we wait until all products are available before shipping. So we strongly recommend making more than one order in this case.

In order to ensure that we offer you the most advantageous shipping costs possible, we have standardized everything as follows:

For a package containing small objects* (2 cd's or less, lighter, pins, etc.), fixed costs apply, depending on the shipping location:

Fixed fee of $3 (Canada)
Fixed fee of $5 (United States)
Fixed fee of $8 (International)
*It is important to note that small shipments as described above do not have tracking numbers, regardless of destination.

For any other type of package, the fees are calculated automatically by Canada Post according to the total weight, the size of the package and the distance to be traveled.

Tracking numbers are available for orders delivered in Canada only.
